When will the decorations be taken down?
Yes. We will work with you to schedule a takedown appointment that is convenient for you.
How far in advance should we book your services?
We try to book installations as early as possible. The decorating season is short, and our schedules tend to fill up by mid-November.
Do we need to be present during the installation?
Not for exterior installations. Our trained installation crews are efficient and can complete your installation regardless of your availability.
Is electrical work included, or will we need to hire an electrician?
In most cases, no. But with larger installations, additional power sources may be needed.
Can you install decorations that we already own?
No, we cannot warranty the quality or workmanship of lights we do not provide.
What is the difference between your lights and retail/store-bought lights?
Absolutely! Our décor is manufactured to our specifications—longer-life bulbs and extra fullness on all of our greenery. We also feature UL-rated, outdoor extension cords, a variety of property-friendly installation accessories and commercial-grade specialty décor. You won’t find better quality anywhere!
Is a warranty or maintenance included with the installation?
With our service program, maintenance is included in the price. We will also conduct proactive service visits throughout the holiday season to make sure your program looks like it did the day we installed it.
Is there a separate fee for off-season light storage?
There are NO extra costs! The Christmas Decor program is all-inclusive—one price for everything.
Do we purchase the decorations, or is it a lease/rental?
This is an all-inclusive service program. All lights, materials, and accessories are included and removed and taken back for storage for following year’s service. You will not be purchasing any materials.
How do I get a quote for installation and removal?
Each installation is customized to the property. Customers can invest as much or as little as they want. Each proposal is presented with a number of options and we will help you build your decorating package over time.
Does Awesome Christmas Lighting Company carry liability insurance specifically designed for Christmas decorating?
Yes, we carry liability and workman’s compensation insurance.
